Amport based supporter, Angela Silverman plans to celebrate her 77th Birthday in style, strapped to the top wing of a Stearman Biplane, WING WALKING for Naomi House & Jacksplace!
Angela wanted to take on a unique challenge last year for her 76th Birthday, but due to Covid19 restrictions, her adventurous challenge will now be taking place this July 2021. At 10am on 10th July, Angela will take to the skies for 10 minutes and experience an exciting series of flypasts, zoom climbs steep dives and banks in front of family and friends!
There has to be a good reason for doing this, and I have two! To raise as much money as possible for a wonderful organisation; Naomi House and Jackplace and it is also a great way to celebrate my 77th birthday!
Wing Walking is certainly an innovative and exciting way to fundraise for your chosen charity and to celebrate a special occasion!
Self proclaimed ‘daredevil’ Angela, has taken on other mighty ambitious challenges in her lifetime, including Bungee jumping from the tallest bridge in South Africa, Tandem sky diving in Namibia and Maidenhead, water rafting in Zimbabwe, Para gliding in Rio De Janeiro and Wing Walk was next on the list.
We are in total awe of Angela’s fearless attitude and we can’t wait to see her WING WALK this summer!
