A little more about me...

With a career rooted firmly in HR, Amy brings a wealth of experience across both the private and charity sectors. From navigating the complexities of employee relations to leading transformative change initiatives, Amy’s journey in HR has been diverse, covering key areas such as organisational change, employee relations, management and leadership development, and much more.

Amy also worked as a lecturer delivering CIPD courses, where she helped shape the next generation of HR professionals. While lecturing was rewarding, her true passion has always been to roll up her sleeves and work in-house, partnering with businesses to create positive, people-centred cultures.

When she’s not shaping the future of HR, you’ll find Amy embracing life with the same energy and enthusiasm she brings to her work. A passionate vegan, and health fanatic, she balances her professional life with a love for running, gardening, and spending quality time with her family and she’s proudly navigating menopause, bringing a unique and insightful perspective to everything she does.

At Naomi House & Jacksplace, Amy is committed to creating a culture where people thrive. With her blend of hands-on expertise and a down-to-earth approach, she’s here to help shape a future where every individual is empowered to grow.
