Alex Delamere-White is an accomplished FTSE 100 executive in the travel and leisure sector and is Chair of the Fundraising, Retail and Marketing committee at Naomi House & Jacksplace. 

With extensive experience in the cruise industry, Alex led multi-site sales and marketing teams, managed e-commerce operations, and directed loyalty programs for Carnival UK, overseeing its P&O Cruises, Cunard and Princess Cruises brands for over a decade. As Chief Commercial Officer at McCarthy Stone, he strategically repositioned the brand, introduced innovative sales approaches and enhanced the overall customer journey, resulting in substantial year-on-year profit growth. 

Outside of work, Alex is a qualified international ski instructor and race coach. He resides in Bath, United Kingdom, with his wife, two children, and beloved golden retriever, Otis.
