Palladian Publications Tackle Three Peaks Challenge
Our friends over at Palladian Publications recently tackled the UK’s three highest peaks to raise vital funds for Naomi House & Jacksplace.
The team of seven took on the National Three Peaks Challenge, starting their journey at Ben Nevis in Scotland, followed by Scafell Pike in England, and finally Snowdon in Wales. Despite the grueling physical challenge and unpredictable weather conditions, the team conquered the three peaks in 24 hours and raised over £6,500 for our charity - incredible!
We spoke with some of the team that took part – here’s what they had to say:
It was an incredibly well organised event. It was a truly mental and physical test that I am pleased we all endured together. The beer at the bottom of the last mountain was the best I have ever tasted! Thank you to Simon and the Naomi House & Jacksplace team for keeping us all safe and getting us through it.
It was a pleasure to take part in this grueling challenge for Naomi House & Jacksplace. The money we managed to raise made every bit of the toughness worth it. I've gained some amazing memories. I would like to thank SVL Adventures for getting us up all three mountains! It was an amazing adventure for an amazing cause.
The Three Peaks Challenge was an incredible experience; challenging and rewarding in equal measure. We are very grateful to be able to help support a wonderful charity which has such a positive impact on the community. We would like to thank Simon, Chris and Richie from SVL Adventures and Naomi House for helping to organise this challenge, and we look forward to participating in their fundraising projects in the future.
Three Peaks is an experience I will never forget. The spectacular views of the beautiful countryside scenery made up for every blister!
