In it's seventh year of supporting Naomi House & Jacksplace, Minety Music Festival welcomed music lovers for a fun weekend. Despite the rain bursts, the festival was a success and raised vital funds for children and young adults with life limiting and life threatening conditions.
The festival featured an eclectic mix of music from indie rock, folk and jazz to heavy rock and electronic beats. During the 4-day festival, attendees enjoyed live music from local musicians across 4 stages, and could choose from a variety of different food vendors for delicious food like gourmet burgers and yummy cocktails.
Set against the backdrop of rolling hills and lush greenery, the festival grounds provided a stunning setting for both performers and music lovers alike. Although there were bouts of rain, this didn't stop families from spreading out picnic blankets and dancing barefoot on the grass.
It was wonderful to see communities gather to support amazing charities including Naomi House & Jacksplace, including the amazing volunteers that help make the festival the success it is.

Another fantastic year! When the sun shone it brought out the best in everyone, and the positive energy was contagious. We’re already planning next year’s festival, and we hope to build on this success.
This year, we returned to the festival grounds with our stall in KidZone, with a range of sensory games and toys which help children to develop motor skills and give a calming comfort.

The Minety Music Festival was a tremendous success, and we’re incredibly grateful for the community’s support over the weekend visiting us. The weather added an extra layer of challenge and joy to the event. Funds raised will directly benefit the children and young adults of Naomi House & Jacksplace that we care for, and their families, making sure that every child and young adult in our care lives the absolute best life, even if it is a short life. Thank you to everyone who attended and contributed!
