In December 2020, Havant-based composite companies, GRP Solutions, Total Composite Solutions (TCS) and GRP Consumable Solutions, made a combined donation of £10,000 to Naomi House & Jacksplace.
The businesses made this latest donation to support the hospices at a time of great need. Since 2017, they have raised almost £30,000 through fundraising from a skydive, the Three Peaks Challenge, attending events and charity donation bag drives.
We recently chatted to the team about their latest donation:
“The work the hospices do in helping children, young adults and their families is utterly inspiring. Brian Harpur, our MD, was very moved from the very first presentation he heard the hospice give at a business function. Since then, he and some of the team have visited Naomi House & Jacksplace and been touched by the work that is carried out there, along with the overwhelming care that is provided. We wanted to support our local community and could think of no better cause. The whole team has really got behind the hospices and would encourage other businesses to follow suit.”
