Last week we launched our comedy night fundraiser which has sold out in a record-breaking 28 hours. The evening will be hosted by Winchester’s very own comedy legend, Paul McCaffrey. Joining him on stage at Theatre Royal Winchester, are some of the biggest names from the UK Comedy Circuit - the extremely talented Romesh Ranganathan, Seann Walsh, Cally Beaton, Esther Manito and Gbemi Oladipo.
The world-class comedians performing are volunteering their time for this fantastic fundraising event, to support the children, young adults and families we care for at Naomi House & Jacksplace. All of the proceeds, after venue fees, goes to support the vital work we do so we can continue to be there on the good days, difficult days and last days.
Paul McCaffrey, award-winning comedian, TV personality and co-host of smash hit podcast 'What’s Upset You Now?' said:
I’m honoured to be helping organise and host this amazing event for Naomi House & Jacksplace. As a Winchester resident, I’ve been aware of the incredible work that they do for some years. We have some of the best comics in the UK, who have all kindly given their time for nothing and it is going to be a fantastic night full of laughter.

It is wonderful that Paul McCaffrey has offered to host another Comedy Night to support Naomi House & Jacksplace. We are absolutely delighted to have this all-star line-up of comedians supporting the hospices at Theatre Royal Winchester. We’re incredibly grateful and can’t wait for a fantastic evening of entertainment that is sure to be a sell-out.
