Care Team Shines at FORTH®’s Clay Pigeon Shoot, Raising £14,000!
A huge thank you to our long-term corporate supporters and friends at FORTH® for hosting an unforgettable charity clay pigeon shoot at Pennsport in Newbury! This year’s event reached new heights, becoming the most successful fundraiser yet for FORTH®.
The day was made even more special by three of our Care Team stars who stole the show! Jenny Astall from Family Support, Fiona Gunner, our Community Nurse, and Lilian Kikuri, a dedicated Care Nurse, joined the event and took to the stage to share heartfelt stories of the memorable moments and impact made at the hospice. Their insights moved the 70 guests and brought the mission of our work to life.
I love to be able to share some of the things that I see and do here to help support people’s understanding on the impact their condition can have on the children and families that we work with.
Thank you to the amazing team at FORTH® for hosting yet another brilliant and successful event! Having the opportunity to shine a spotlight on our incredible Care Team was not only very special but also incredibly impactful. It has been an absolute joy to read the heartfelt comments from guests who were all deeply moved by what they heard.
FORTH® are always looking for new and innovative ways to support Naomi House & Jacksplace. This year, the team pulled together and did it again, creating a fantastic event which brought together a community of business leaders, who did not just raise money, but also spread awareness of all the great things our beloved charity do on a daily basis.
