Campervan enthusiast group, Southcoast Transporters, recently donated £1,500 to Naomi House & Jacksplace. The total amount they have fundraised for the hospices is now an incredible £7,800!

The group recently came to visit our hospices with their campervans to present a cheque and to give the children and families visiting the opportunity to see their vans up close, climb inside and pose for photos.

Southcoast Transporters have supported a variety of different charities, including Naomi House & Jacksplace, since the group began, by collecting donations and holding raffles filled with prizes from sponsors at their fundraising events.

Tash Haji, Community Fundraiser at Naomi House & Jacksplace, said:

Thank you so much to everyone at the Southcoast Transporters for years of wonderful support, and for going the extra mile and bringing your campervans along to the hospices to put a smile on the faces of children and families visiting.

The Southcoast Transporters started in 2015 with a group of friends who loved their campervans. They wanted to share their enthusiasm with other campervan owners, so they started the Southcoast Transporters Club, which quickly grew to over 7,400 members from all over the UK, including Scotland and Ireland. The group meet regularly for breakfast and evening meets. To find out more visit: https://southcoasttrans.wordpress.com/
