Feel Covid Safe & Secure
To ensure our event participants stay as safe as possible, we have put new procedures in place for our events to lessen the chance of spread of Covid19.
Precautions
- Participants asked health questions beforehand and on arrival
- Ambulance Crews will be attending every incident in Level 2 PPE (Gloves, Mask, Apron, Eye Protection)
- Anyone suspected of exhibiting Covid-19 Symptoms will be isolated from the event with immediate effect
- All volunteers and staff to wear face coverings and appropriate PPE, and have a full virtual briefing pre event
- Participants required to bring a face covering to wear at certain points during the event
- The start of the event may be a staggered start to avoid congestion
- Venues (including marquees) to have an entrance and exit with a one-way system in place
- Antibacterial/antiviral gel on entrance to all venues
- Finisher’s medals/goody bags will not be handed to participants, participants will collect them
Naomi House & Jacksplace will adhere to all current government guidelines, and will adapt procedures as and when required.
We will notify you by the best method (either email, letter, text or telephone) of any amendments to your event.
Each event has a dedicated Facebook Group, which we post not only fundraising tips too, but also training tips along with event announcements.
